In Molecular marker studies variety Dirk is found best for drought.Average genetic dissimilarity(estimated as genetic distance)among 20 wheat varieties based upon the amplification pattern of RAPD primer GLB-11, GLA-13, GLC-01, GLC-04, P-6 and P-7 are presented in the(Table-20)based on the tables 14,15,16,17,18,19.Range of genetic distance estimated was from 10 to 100%.Maximum genetic distance (100%) were estimated for only one comperison.
