Poets @ Artfest has been an annual multiday outdoor poetry festival held in Kingston, Ontario over the July 1st holiday weekend since 2015, as part of the larger Artfest Kingston art festival that fills Kingston's City Park. There was, though, something about the 2023 festival that made it feel magical. The vetted poetry included in this anthology is a collection of poems submitted by those who participated in the 2023 event: featured poets, open mic participants, and workshop attendees. Within the pages between these covers, I believe that as you read, you'll touch upon some of that magic.
