Internal opportunities for improving conditions and raising the level of professional activity were identified. Based on the analysis of the works of "al-adaba" (pedagogical works) of thinkers, the educational ideas of Abu Ali ibn Sina the possibilities of the historical and medical heritage in the development of the spiritual and moral qualities of future doctors are revealed.
