Volume 2 will highlight other ardent subjects that are strictly connected with ERP, especially extended enterprise solutions, such as CRM, SCM, Business Intelligence, SOA, EAI,and others. This book is based upon author's experience of ten to fifty years, gained through the courses they have taught, the articles they have published, conferences they have attended, PhD and master thesis conducted and books they have written.
