The objectives of the study were: to determine optimal returns under various projects such as: hydro power, water supply/solar power, irrigation/wind turbine, navigation, drainage/dredging, flood control structures, etc to develop a master plan for green revolution. The Book contributed to knowledge such that the Bayesian and Game applications in comparison of ten multi-purposes/objectives had added a new dimension in assessing and implementing the allocation of resources in a river basin development projects for optimal benefits of communities and the regions.
