It is a thesis done for my doctorate degree on the mentioned topic of studying electrical, structural & gas sensing characteristics of mixed binary oxides through spray pyrolysis technique. This technique is a versatile and cost effective .Hence this technique was selected for this purpose. The developed thin film samples were then characterized using x-ray diffraction spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy etc.

This thesis was done as a part of mydoctorate degree in a renowned university of India named Savitribai Phule Pune University,Pune.This thesis would definitely add on to the achievements in the fraternity of physics.
