As a newly qualified chef, Colagreco went to France and worked with Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse. All of them three Michelin stars. Colagreco established Mirazur in Menton. Just six months after opening he received the 'Revelation of the Year' award and in less than a year he obtained his first Michelin star.
