The objective of this study is to firstly modeling the postgraduate registration process using Discrete Event Simulation (DES) model. Secondly, latency of traditional postgraduate student registration systems without further assessment of the software that had been used. Optimization waiting time the best scenario with lowest waiting time. The outcome of the study is to provide good hospitality to new students during their registration process by minimizing the waiting time. In addition to providing good hospitality will increase satisfaction among students to study in the UMP.
