His greatest joy comes from helping ordinary people achieve extraordinary results, from helping individuals with spinal cord injuries walk again to helping severe burn victims regain movement and independence. Today, Chad splits his time between running MOVE, speaking to audiences about personal growth, and working directly with clients. He lives in Mesa, Arizona with his wife and business partner Jackie, who helped him build MOVE from the ground up.
