The present investigation reveals that there is a significant differences in the milk metabolite analysis among the indigenous with crossbreed Jersey. The Chembanaruvi indigenous cows are unknown for their characteristics in past, also from the present study, we can see that similarities in milk characteristics between Vechoor and Chembanaruvi cows.
