The main emphasis of our work was to develop a suitable method for large scale in vitro micropropagation of the selected varieties. All the four different stage of standard micro propagation technique has been worked out. The optimum requirement for establishment, proliferation, rooting & acclimatization were standardized which resulted in higher multiplication and it is estimated that using this technique, it is possible to obtained 10-12 cm plantlets height for field transfer.
