Synseeds' production from micropropagated banana plants

In this work, the best conditions suitable for banana (Williams, Grand naine, Maghraby, Basrai and Hindi varieties) micropropagation and synseeds' production were detected, and the best type and the best storage conditions suitable for these synseeds were also determined. In addition, the genetic variation between banana plants at 7th and 17th generations was compared by using SDS-PAGE, Isoenzymes pattern and PCR-RAPD techniques.
