For the analysis of the data, normality tests, t-student and a principal component analysis were performed. Twelve microorganisms from cellulolytic and phosphate solubilizing groups were identified. The microorganism Oerskovia sp. and Cryptococcus sp. was the most frequent species for the two areas with different degree of intervention, this is due to its cellulolytic action in relation to Speletia grandiflora.
