An innovation and development research, qualitative and quantitative, was carried out with the aim of elaborating a methodology that includes the protocolization of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and follow-up for Cuban patients with genodermatosis. The study was divided into different stages. Starting with the bibliographic revision for the analysis of the subject and the characterization of genodermatoses in Las Tunas; which allowed knowing the most common monogenic genodermatoses. For the elaboration and validation, the Delphi variant of the expert method was applied, designing diagnosis, treatment and prevention protocols for the three levels of attention, and a follow-up algorithm for these patients. To implement the methodology, courses and workshops were given, and "Genodermatology", an android application, was designed. To evaluate the methodology, a quasi-experimental intervention study, before-after modality, was carried out. The application of the methodology was satisfactory, which was demonstrated through the use of statistical indicators. The methodology allows improving the care of patients with genodermatosis.
