DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) was used in the process of evaluation, therefore part of the book is devoted to explaining the essence of the method indicating non-standard practices. The research part includes the results and the evaluation process of Technology Incubators affiliated to the Centres for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, so important for the economy development.
