Landfill gas recovery has a large potential for energy production but current Government legislation eliminates it as an option. The combined risks associated with the project are to secure a reasonable price for the sale of energy and to find a suitable market for the digested sludge by-product.Along with the possible financial gains, environmental benefits make this project a worthwhile venture
