No disciple is superior to the teacher, but when fully trained, every disciple will be like his teacher (Luke 6:40). This book refreshes St. Peter's exhortation to his fellow presbyters: Tend the flock of God in your midst, overseeing not by constraint but willingly, as God would have it, not for shameful profit but eagerly.
