This book is all about applying mathematical equations to rock forming minerals from the beginning of crystallization to the end of crystallization with respect to thermodynamic principle. The Mathematical methods used include Matrix method, Set Notation method and Geometry and were used to resolved the problems involving minerals and chemical distribution of elements in Rocks during crystallization of magma.

Autor

Achuenu Ifeanyi is a staff member at the University of Jos, Nigeria, and is originally from Delta State, Asaba. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Mining, followed by an MSc in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Geochemistry at the University of Jos.
