With a rich career, he has held academic lead¬ership positions in Nepal, Ethiopia, and Sultanate of Oman. He had served as the head of departments, program director for the IBA Program at the Directorate General of 6 CAS Colleges in the Ministry of Higher Education in the Sultanate of Oman. He is presently associated with the recently established government's University of Technology and Applied Sciences (College of Economics and Business Administration ¿ Ibri). His has participated and presented at conferences in the various countries.
