This monograph identifies the need for change. The new world environment, Marine Corps' future concepts, and a redefinition of world conflict are key factors requiring organizational change in the United States Marine Corps. I provide a unique reorganization of the Marine Corps' operating forces to enhance unit cohesion, combat efficiency, and overall Marine Corps / Joint Force capabilities.
