This work is about mapping the cut and fill slopes of the Whashington Luis SP-310 motorway in the state of São Paulo. Maps of slope curvature, declivity, unconsolidated materials and slope direction were made for the entire area, which served as the basis for the Thematic Maps of Potential Instabilisation and Accidents, all on a scale of 1:10,000.

With a degree in Geology from the Federal University of Paraná and a master's degree in Geotechnics from the University of São Paulo (USP), Ana Paula Rodrigues Lopes Simm works as a geologist for the Public Services Regulation Agency of the State of Santa Catarina (ARESC), in the areas of Geoprocessing and the development of ARESC's Geographic Information System.
