Thus, companies evolving in an environment where each of their transactions is governed by this reality, drag latent tax risks due to the approximate management of the tax department, which is often non-existent. This approximate management is often due to the negligence and ignorance of the tax provisions of the managers and also to their desire to make more profit than necessary. This often results in conscious or unconscious transgressions.
