Within a completed research project, Amberg and Wiener (2005) identified a list of 29 critical success factors for offshore software development projects from the perspective of German clients. Based on the results of this project, the book at hand aims to analyze the relevance and the management of these factors in practice by the conduction of two in-depth case studies. The goal is to create a deeper understanding of the management of the critical success factors of offshore software development projects.
