Topics such as management, leadership, and communication are also described. The new skills of the Executive Secretary are also addressed, showing their evolution in the profession. It shows that the Executive Secretary is of great importance in the corporate environment. Their multifunctionality and ethics-based performance contribute to the organization, its clients, and especially the business family.
