Styling a personal brand, str, in 2006 was a professional move launched upon a student challenge while teaching Massage Therapy at a local Junior College. Through family life, academic degrees, occupational interests, and great efforts, str came to my shop, Total Health. Most people I met required recovering their health before they were able to optimize, while daily life allowed little external nurture to do so. People were making poor decisions while taxing personal homeostasis, the very health balance that provides for optimized decision-making. My life's work has been proven by you: we do require proper healing to heal properly. This journey inspired nurturing change.
