Meanwhile, the members of his extended family struggle with their own demons as they try to adapt to an increasingly challenging environment. For in this mixed-up dystopian world it needs all of them to pull together to survive, or none of them will. The question is, can a simple mall cop keep them safe, or will it all fall apart, like a jam-filled donut splitting at the seams.
