This project will be carried out through one of two proposed models: the first, through the outsourcing of the production process, in which the company will be in charge of quality control and the sales plan. The second, by means of the internal execution of the process, from the acquisition of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product to the logistics operator for shipment to the end customer. To determine the model to be implemented, project preparation and evaluation techniques and cash flow methodologies were applied.
