In this study, the major causes that affect teacher turnover are identified. And the study has also explored the relationship of teachers' demographic variables (sex, age, and work experience, level of qualification and field of specialization) and their turnover intention.In addition possible strategies that should be taken to minimize problem of teacher turnover are discussed.
