The editors were informed by Elsevier that the copyright will be assigned to them within 6 weeks, and that Elsevier has declined to publish a 2nd edition because the book did not meet their threshold of 4,000 sales. "Lymphoma of the Nervous System" has sold 1,103 to date.

Lymphomas and leukemias of the nervous system result in devastating neurological complications and high mortality.
