Agriculture has remained the mainstay in Pakistan economy with content of employment because still it's provide major 45% employment opportunities to the population but its contribution decreased from 47% in 2010 to 45% in 2010. (GOP, 2010-11) This study attempts to uncover the role of exports sector in contribution to Pakistan's economy and the determinants for lowering the exports of Mangoes, which is though a rich fruit in Pakistan, yet has low export globally as compared to other three markets; Iran, Denmark and Norway.

Mr. Ahmed Muneeb Mehta born on January 13, 1986 in the city of Lahore, Pakistan is a young academician and researcher who takes keen interest in business and management field. He is currently working as a full time faculty member at Hailey College of Banking and Finance, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.
