Quiet and good natured, Sophia Michaels' humble upbringing deep in the Suffolk countryside, shaped a steely determination to encourage others to make a difference. As they say, God laughs at our plans, and usually has an even better one. Like most of us, Sophia has faced many setbacks, but each time has picked herself up, brushed herself off, and persevered, something that shines through in her many 'gifts, ' her singing, her art or radio presence, but most of all, her love of poetry.
