Nardia Plumridge is an Australian freelance travel and lifestyle writer based in Italy. She regularly contributes to print and online publications in the UK, US and Australia with her work featured in The New York Times and Wall Street Journal, among others. She is also the Tuscan expert for Expedia and Olive magazine in the UK. Nardia's love affair with Florence began as a teenage girl when she first visited the city aged 15. Since then, she has returned to Tuscany scores of times before relocating in 2012 and starting her website Lost in Florence (www.lostinflorence.it). As a journalist, she combines her passion for the city and its people with the pursuit of 'la dolce vita'.
