Dr. Nycole P. Lyles-Belton is affectionately known as Dr. Nyc and also as a Fire Ball for her fiery messages of the pursuit of greatness. Some of these messages include "Thanks for making me a fighter" and "Make your next move your best move." When she is not functioning in her church home, New Shiloh Baptist Church of Atlantic City, under the leadership of her father, Bishop Dr. James Washington, she can be found facilitating numerous seminars as a motivational speaker, speaking in various churches, conducting radio/television interviews, and hosting events. Dr. Lyles-Belton is also a radio personality for the Stellar Award winning WEHA Gospel 88.7 FM. Dr. Lyles-Belton is the founder/CEO of Greatness in You Inc., an organization that is based on the belief that all are destined for greatness in spite of their past. It is her desire to equip the masses with the necessary tools for sustained greatness.
