I have written this book to hopefully address and help other people like me in a situation where you believe it is impossible to escape; a prison where you are wearing invisible chains; where you are constantly wondering what you could have possibly done so wrong to deserve this treatment; a mother racked with guilt at the thought of breaking up her family; a woman whose voice becomes silent for her own protection; and most of all a person who has absolutely no self-worth and accepts this as normal. My absolute wish is to eradicate domestic abuse, coercive control and parental alienation from this world - these acts KILL many thousands of people every year.
