In addition, requirements on the level of leaders are presented.In the second part of this article the focus is on the critical evaluation of requirements for leadership and the discussion of long-term successful diversity leadership approaches concerning the necessity of adjustments and the implementation process. Finally, recommendations for future research and development are supplied and a comprehensive conclusion is made.
