A big portion of this labour force are daily wage workers working in hotels resorts, malls, restaurants , in construction sites. After 21 days of first phase of lock down these migratory labours have exhausted all of their financial resources and not in a position to continue their stay in their place of work as they have lost their daily income. In this situation they are determined to return to their native place . But thee is no means to travel as there is stand still of all modes of transport due to lock down . The labour force came out of their home with their belongings and dare to walk more than 1000 Km to reach their native place . This has created a chaotic situation with lawlessness.In the later time Government organized special labour train towards different destination of India to transport these migratory labour.
