As Co-founder of Ladies of Victory and Excellence (L.O.V.E.), LLC, she has experience offering customized, innovative strategies to improve individual and team performance, promote learning, and develop professional and personal growth. Dr. Khadijia considers it an honor and a privilege to progressively empower, engage, and educate individuals, and has a passion for mentoring adolescents and young ladies to be confident in attaining goals and reaching their full potential to be successful.Donna Salazar is a Master Level Licensed Therapist who is an expert interpreter of the language a child's behavior speaks. She is a Certified Family Trauma Professional (CFTP) and a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor (CCFC). As Co-founder of Ladies of Victory and Excellence (L.O.V.E.), LLC, Donna is devoted to teaching our youth how to evolve into dynamic young ladies who live by designed purpose and excellence.
