We have people on the outside spewing their personal opinions about our lives and what we are doing; We have our many responsibilities demanding us to show up for not only ourselves but other people as well; We have past failures that seem to loom over us; AND it seems like our boundaries are often disrespected. On top of all that, we have that small voice in our head that is constantly reflecting on what goes on in our lives! It can sometimes get irritating and leave you feeling defeated. We can get so overwhelmed, internally, that we ultimately decide to just do nothing. It honestly feels easier to do nothing than to acknowledge the truths we have buried inside us because of everything going on around us. It's time to take that first step! It's okay if you don't see that step yet. We are about to journey together as I share my journey with you.
