Second, Ministries of Education may make use of the findings in five ways: a) teaching /learning experts may make use of the findings of the study to develop the current training programs. b) they may make use of the findings to find a kind of training programs directed to the secondary school EFL teachers only. By doing so, it will help to save time and money. c) they may make use of the findings to find specific training programs that enable teachers integrate the four skills. d) the findings of this study may help supervisors to evaluate the secondary school EFL teachers in the right way because the issue of evaluating teachers by supervisors is still a controversial one and e) the findings of this research may support curricula building efforts.
