F. P. McArthur s journey is a testament to resilience and reinvention. Despite early struggles at school, he rose to become a senior aviation manager, pioneering a new division within an international airline. Later, he retrained as a therapist, dedicating himself to working with diverse individuals and organisations. As an autistic person, Finlay often finds it challenging to fit into the conventional mould a struggle that has revealed both where he belongs and where he doesn t.
