Democracy is a universally recognized high-value concept, possibly the most powerful in Western modernity in general. However, the existing democracy is also a system of demarcation, social exclusion and ecological delimitation. It has left some individual interests out of reach. On one hand, greater participation in democratic process is constantly demanded, but on the other hand, entire groups are constantly excluded, who then demand more participation.
