Autor

Randy is a busy chronologically enhanced senior (67 years young) certified personal fitness and lifestyle trainer, who lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with his wife Kim. He is a Canfitpro PTS, NWL, Certified TRX Suspension Trainer and YMCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Leader, with a background in Psychology. He was a national fitness club manager at the age of 21, and later became a motivational speaker and consultant with Success Motivation Institute. He has been the recipient of the PAAFE Man of Honour Award and was the YMCA Bill Reese Volunteer of the Year.
