While no surname was given for the character in the show, a clip reel of deceased characters at Comic-Con 2009 presented her full name as Elizabeth Smith. As of the end of the third season, she is the only main character not to have a centric episode that details her past, though a flashback at the end of the episode "Dave" focuses on her. She was supposed to have returned during the third season, but did not make an appearance.
