Lex started this story at age four and has spoken and rewritten Dinosaur in the Bed over fifteen times. The first part of this story, Lex created, took place while his dad and son wore their jammies and ate breakfast, creating Lex's Adventures: Dinosaur in the Bed. This book aims to encourage children's imagination, literacy, and old-fashioned fun. Lex still goes outside to play and laugh and occasionally comes back home with some minor scratches. The art of being young is constantly being challenged by technology, but this book hopes to preserve a sense of youthfulness.
