Ginger Hanchey was raised in Dayton, Texas. A graduate of Baylor University and Texas A&M University, her poems have appeared in such publications as Foundry, Nashville Review, Tar River Poetry, and San Pedro River Review. She lives with her husband and two sons in Waco, Texas and teaches at Baylor.
