This new term created by the authors minimizes the differences in the society developing a sense of not creating any superiority or inferiority based on elite or English language competence or language inability. Let the policy makers develop policy of English language in the states/countries that remained under the British colonial control with an aim to equip the children with the knowledge of language instead of keeping a major portion of society away from its use. Let all the humans enjoy equal privilege of Elite/English language.
