Darnell McCullough is an investor, entrepreneur, youth development expert, author and speaker. He is also the founder and Executive Chairman of Grow Forward Group, LLC, a New York based holding firm. His personal mission is to engage, educate, and empower 3 billion people by 2084 to advance humanity. He gives keynote speeches, facilitates workshops, seminars, and conferences that provide success strategies on personal development, career advancement, goal setting, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Darnell spent the first part of his career developing underrepresented youth in multiple non-profits in New York City. He is an investor and partner in Iggy Swan Ventures, a full-service graphic design company based in Kumasi, Ghana, Meeky's Den, Inc., an all natural skincare and afro-centric jewelry company based in Brooklyn, NY, USA, Lotus Luxury Cleaning Service, LLC, a residential and commercial janitorial service that provides an extraordinary cleaning experience based in Mastic, NY, and more. Darnell earned his Associate's degree from CUNY New York City College of Technology, his Bachelor's from CUNY Medgar Evers College. More importantly, Darnell is the father of five amazing children.
