For about one year I spent time drawing, painting, meeting up with friends, going out and generally having a nice relaxing time. It also provided me with time to start writing this book. As I suddenly had all this time on my hands I read a lot, researched a lot and watched many interesting films and documentaries. This in turn, got me thinking and wanting to find out for myself how it all works. I feel very blessed to have been able to do this and wish evryone would have the same opportunity in their life. So, here it is, my thoughts and findings of what for me was a very interesting journey. Hopefully it will inspire you to seek your own answers.
