Objective: To determine the relationship between learning styles and Burnout syndrome in master students in teaching and research in Health of UNMSM-2018.Methods: The research was observational, descriptive correlational, prospective cross-sectional, simple random probability sampling was performed, with a sample of 95 maestrandos whose method was the survey and technique the questionnaire.Results: The learning style of the students is reflective (55.8%), pragmatic (21.1%), active (15.8%) and theoretical (7.4%).
