Glazyev explained the reasons for the US government's domination of the global hybrid war and how to end it. The way out of the global crisis could be achieved by transitioning to a policy of new technological paradigm over-development and developing a new system of world economic structure. China and other Southeast Asian countries follow this route and have established a new center for developing the global economic paradigm. This book also analyzed in detail the ways Russia joined the new center of global economic development and became the core of the new world economic paradigm.
